SLM have donated a further £3,000 to The Sara Lee Trust. This huge donation has come from the Toyota Fund for a better tomorrow and a charity partnership with Enterprise.
The Toyota Fund for a better tomorrow awarded The Sara Lee Trust a cheque for £1,500. They applied for the grant and Toyota were delighted to help. Pictured bottom with the cheque is Dan Redsull and Kate Kurn from the Sara lee Trust with Jason Barlow, SLM Director.
SLM Vauxhall's Timothy Kempner then organised with the Enterprise remarketing manager earlier in the year to put through an application for a charity partnership donation, which has now been approved. A donation of £1,500 will be donated entirely by Enterprise in partnership with St. Leonards Motors to The Sara Lee Trust. Kerry Evans (Trust Lead Therapist) and Dan Redsull (Trust CEO) were absolutely delighted to receive donations from Toyota Charitable Trust and Enterprise Rent - A - Car Foundation Fund totalling £3,000. The Trust, who support local people living with cancer and other life threatening conditions (and their loved ones) are almost entirely reliant on the support of the local community and local businesses to fund their services.
Kerry said that the Trust was now able to support more people across Hastings and Rother, particularly those who are housebound and the fantastic support provided by SLM and now Enterprise was key to enabling this to happen.
The Sara Lee Trust Team would like to convey their sincere thanks to the SLM and Enterprise Teams for all their support, wishing them all a wonderful festive break.
Here at SLM we are extremely delighted to give a brilliant donation to such a worthy charity.
