Charlotte joined the team at SLM Toyota Hastings in January this year and is really enjoying her role as Centre Host. Charlotte quotes “I was delighted to be offered the role as the Centre Host as I get to meet and look after all our customers who walk through the door, I enjoy building a good rapport with our customers over a cup of coffee and it’s lovely to welcome back the same faces alongside new. Balancing my work life at Toyota I also have two young sons who I like to spend most of my spare time with and they certainly keep me on my toes! You will usually find me trying to understand how to build Lego models and kicking a football , as well as enjoying meeting new people and socialising I really enjoy travelling having visited so far this year Amsterdam and Prague”.
