Meet the fantastic Technician team at SLM Toyota Hastings

• Here are SLM Toyota Hastings, we are very proud of our Technician Team and we wanted to share with you an insight into their training and dedication to delivering a high level of customer service and getting your car back on the road as quickly as possible.

  Mark Bradford

  To acheive Diagnosis level, Mark was required to carry out many hours of self-learning as well as pass numerous exams and practical assessments. The experience has provided him with additional knowledge and expertise that he can now put in to practice on our customers' vehicles.
  
  Gary Sadler
  
  Gary has worked extremely hard to acheive his Master Diagnosis Technician status, having studied for over 90 hours using e-learning. There were also six exams and four practical skills assessments. This highly detailed course covers a huge range of areas to ensure Gary and SLM can deliver the greatest service possible to customers.
  
  Taylor Read and Alfie Beckingham
  
  Taylor and Alfie are our Apprenctice Technicians, currently studying a three year course that will provide them with lots of experience within the motor industry. The apprenticeships will earn them a valuable qualification that will help them go very far and we wish them the best of luck. They are both doing brilliantly so far.
  
  Ricky Lavender and John Barnes
  
  Our Pro Technicians Ricky and John have both worked really hard to acheive this level of qualification. It required many hours of self-studying on top of an online exam and practical assessent. The hard work paid off as they both passed with flying colours and are great assets to the team.
  
  Luke Osmond
  
  As our resident Technician, Luke is able to diagnose problems using specialist Toyota diagnostic equipment and carry out repairs and preventative maintenance if neccesary. Whether it's engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes or tyres - Luke will be able to get you back on the road as soon as possible.
