Graham Watkins Qualifies as Master Diagnostic Technician

Graham Watkins has now qualified as a Master Diagnostic Technician.

• We are excited to announce that SLM Toyota Hastings' Graham Watkins has now qualified as a Master Diagnostic Technician through the Toyota TEAM21 programme.

  Graham has worked extremely hard for his qualification and has been totally comitted throughout the process. His dedication certainly paid off because he has acheived this level quicker than any other technician within the Toyota Network! On average, the qualification requires around 90 hours of e-learning, six exams taking 15 hours and four practical skills assessments.

  The Master Diagnostic Technician training level covers a huge range of areas in detail to help both Graham and SLM deliver the highest quality service possible to customers. He is looking forward to putting all his new knowledge and skills into practice.
