| Received the letter today re "service to you". As usual the young lady that served us regarding the MOT and service to our Toyota work horse was absolutely marvellous, and the young man that tried to help us out with the battery equally so. So yes, we were completely satisfied and have no troubles in recommending you to our friends and family.
Also I would like to mention the other young lady that dealt without enquiries regarding the new IQ car. She was extremely knowledgeable, and answered all our question, all we need now is the £10K to purchase one!!!!

Having received a note from Ian Barlow, as a follow up to repairs to my Avensis by Simpsons of Uckfield, I wish to express my total satisfaction with the manner in which the problem was dealt with. The service department staff were helpful throughout. I called them to advise that the car was being recovered from my house to the workshop, following failure of the gear selector cable, and, on arrival, the jobsheet was is place and the vehicle was off loaded as soon as it arrived. Repairs were effected well within the estimated time.
I also take the opportunity to express my satisfaction with Toyota as a brand and consider it regrettable that the media have found it necessary to report the recall issues in a manner that, in my view, is totally exaggerated.

Ian Barlow has written to me asking me if I received satisfaction at your Uckfield dealership following my recent car service.I am pleased to say that I received excellent service from the staff at Uckfield and in particular from Richard Blott and Zoe from the service dept and from Colin, the mechanic who carried out the service and repairs to my car which went in on two occasions. I am very satisfied by the treatment I got from that dealership and would certainly use them again.
